Call where the next coin lands.
Pick a coin that just launched. Bet HYPE on whether it's worth more or less than the line when the clock runs out. The coin's own trading pool settles every market, so nobody here picks the winner.

Write a line
Any coin launched on PerpMe or Ascend can get a market. Paste its address, set the line and the deadline, and the market opens for everyone. PerpMe coins are priced in HYPE, Ascend coins in dollars. Bets are always HYPE.
The first market on a PerpMe coin asks its pool to keep an hour of price history. That costs a little more gas once; later markets on the same coin are cheap.
How it settles
When the deadline hits, anyone can press Settle. The contract reads the coin's price over the last hour before the deadline, multiplies by the supply, and compares it with the line. At or above the line, YES takes the pot. Below, NO does. Winners split it in proportion to what they put in.
PerpMe coins use their pool's own one-hour average. Ascend coins use Ascend's smoothed price, which ignores a swap's own move. Anyone can snapshot it once in each of the hour's six 10-minute slots, and the market settles on the middle of at least four snapshots. Snapshot takers share the settle tip.
If only one side ever bet, or nobody settles within 12 hours, every bet comes back in full. A 2% fee comes off settled pots. One fifth of it goes to whoever pressed Settle.
